Duncan delivers for Phoenixvillle; Hughes, Walsh, Ryan key Spring-Ford romp (with boxscores)

Phoenixville 5, Boyertown 2 – Maggie Duncan snapped a 2-2 tie with a two-run double in the bottom of the sixth inning and Kendall Brown went the distance in the circle for the win as the Phantoms notched the PAC crossover victory Friday. For the Bears, Veronica Maryanski and Lauren Phillips drove in runs.

Spring-Ford 17, Pottsgrove 1, 4 innings – The Rams (11-0, 12-1) stayed perfect in the PAC Liberty with the romp over the visiting Falcons, keyed by Jules Hughes (2-2, 4 RBI, 3R), Maddy Walsh (2-4, HR, 3 RBI, 2R) and Julia Ryan (3-run homer). Kelsey Hochstuhl was 2-for-2 with a double for the Falcons.
