Girls soccer: Upper Perkiomen clinches Final 4 bid; Kuever's 4 goals power Boyertown

Upper Perkiomen 1, Phoenixville 0 – Hannah Landis recorded her 10th shutout of the season with seven saves and Bryanna Marinari snapped a scoreless deadlock by connecting with a left-footed shot from the top of the box with 1:13 left in regulation as the Indians registered the PAC Frontier win Monday, clinching a league Final Four berth in the process. PAC semifinalists also include Boyertown, Spring-Ford and Pottsgrove.
For the Phantoms, Ella Stout was stellar in goal with eight saves.

Boyertown 4, Perkiomen Valley 1 – Camilla Kuever deposited four goals as the Bears stretched their winning streak to 11 with the PAC Liberty romp over the Vikings, who got eight saves from keeper Riley Hill and one goal from Maddie Zielke in the setback.

Pottsgrove 2, Upper Merion 0 – The Falcons extended their winning streak to six behind goals from Hailey Strain and Avery Makoid and Summer Walker’s clean sheet that featured just one save.
 
Pope John Paul II 8, Pottstown 4 – Lainey Owens and Julia Hull picked up two goals apiece in the PAC Frontier triumph for the fast-starting host Golden Panthers, who were never seriously challenged after bolting out to a 7-0 halftime lead. Emme Wolfel finished with 15 saves to key the Trojans' effort.

Methacton 6, Norristown 0 – Freshman Liv Navarrete scored her first varsity goal with 6:00 left in the first half off a Madia Mazzucola assist and the Warriors went on to notch five unanaswered goals after the break en route to the PAC Liberty romp. For the Eagles, keeper Aaliyah Walk-Benitez had a strong showing with 12 saves, including two on breakaways.
