Girls volleyball: Spring-Ford knocks off Perkiomen Valley; Boyertown, Methacton cruise

Spring-Ford 3, Perkiomen Valley 2 - Maddie Lebiedzinski (50 digs, 6 assists), Anoushka Patel (15 assists, 20 digs), Ally Plitnick (19 assists, 11 digs), Clarke Gilmore (12 kills) and Sara Fritzinger (12 kills) led the way as the Rams pulled off the PAC upset Friday by counts of 25-21, 18-25, 26-24, 20-25 and 15-4.

Boyertown 3, Owen J. Roberts 0 – After suffering their first loss of the season to Perkiomen Valley Wednesday, the Bears got back on track by sweeping past the Wildcats in straight sets, 25-18, 25-16 and 25-12.
For OJR, Bridget Kowalski (12 digs), Ellie Kalbach (9 assists, 2 aces), Hannah Lewiski (5 digs), Jessica Taney (4 kills, 2 aces), Abby Mattis (2 block assists, 2 digs), Meghan Touhey (5 digs, 3 kills) and Caroline Halsey (2 kills, 2 block assists) topped the stat sheet.

Methacton 3, Pottsgrove 0 - The Warriors celebrated Senior Night with the straight-sets win over the Falcons to raise their record to 5-3.
