Methacton's Suraesh/Santhanam capture PAC doubles championship

GRATERFORD – Top-seeded Krisham Suraesh and Harsha Santhanam of Methacton rolled to the Pioneer Athletic Conference boys tennis doubles championship with a pair of straight-set wins Saturday at Perkiomen Valley.
Suraesh/Santhanam handled Spring-Ford’s Malchu Pascual/Nolan Schweitzer 6-2, 6-3 in the final after dispatching of Perkiomen Valley’s Ryan Shayer/Farraz Haider in the semifinals 6-2, 6-4.
After falling to Pascual/Schweitzer 1-6, 6-4, 6-1 in the semis, Phoenixville’s Graham Light and Danny Soh took third place with a 6-4, 2-6, 6-1 conquest of Shayer/Haider.
