Owen J. Roberts wins 7th straight behind Twaddell; Brown sparks Phoenixville

Owen j. Roberts 7, Boyertown 4 – The Wildcats (11-2, 12-3) extended their winning streak to seven with the comeback victory in PAC Liberty Division action Thursday.
Morgan Twaddell drove in four runs and Allison Daubert was 2-for-4 with two runs scored for OJR, which overcame a 4-0 deficit by scoring two runs in the fourth inning and five in the fifth. Sam Walsh picked up the win, going the distance and striking out four while allowing six hits.
For the Bears, Kylie Hertzler was 3-for-3 with a double, home run and two runs scored.
Phoenixville 19, Pottstown 2, 4 innings – Kendall Brown drove in five runs with a single, double and triple, Maggie Duncan and Katie Rutledge chipped in with multiple hits and Emma Rakowski swatted a two-run homer to carry the Phantoms to the PAC Frontier victory in a contest that benefitted pediatric cancer.
For the Trojans, McKayla Hampton (double) and Mary Gery were both 1-for-2 with one run scored.
