Phoenixville's Mull hits for cycle; Walker collects 100th career hit, Twaddell drives in 4 to key Owen J. Roberts

Phoenixville 12, Pottstown 2, 5 innings – Lauren Mull hit for the cycle, driving in four runs, while Nicole Kugler and Kendall Brown added two RBI apiece for the Phantoms in their PAC Frontier romp Tuesday.
Phoenixville scored in all five of its at-bats, posting four spots in both the second and fourth inning en route while eventually bringing on the 10-run mercy rule. Courtney Gable picked up the complete-game win, allowing five hits and two unearned runs while walking one and striking out two.
Mikayla Hampton doubled and tripled to pace the Trojans’ attack.

Owen J. Roberts 12, Boyertown 3 – Casey Walker collected two hits including the 100th of her stellar career, Madison Twaddell drove in four runs with a pair of doubles and Sam Walsh picked up the win in the circle for the fast-starting Wildcats, who scored four runs in each of the first two innings and were never seriously challenged in the PAC Liberty contest.
Charlie Skonieczny finished 3-4 and Maddy Harvey added a triple and two RBI for OJR, offsetting home runs by Kylie Hertzler and Nicole Kratz for the Bears.
Perkiomen Valley 8, Emmaus 5 – Jordan Sell went 4-5 and drove in three runs and Kara Fusco finished 3-4 for the Vikings, who set the tone with five first-inning runs and held on from there to record the nonleague triumph. Sell and Fusco also had triples among their hits to back the pitching of Ava Macalis (win) and Katie Hurd (save).
