Rantz helps Owen J. Roberts survive; Timko, Penjuke, Hargrove pace Methacton

Owen J. Roberts 46, Perkiomen Valley 45 – Diana Rantz calmly buried two free throws with no time left on the clock to help the Wildcats notch the narrow PAC Liberty win Tuesday night.
Olivia LeClaire collected 15 points and Rantz added 11 with three treys to pace OJR, offsetting Sarah Nijssen’s 11 points and Gabby Marinacci’s 10 for the Vikings, who nearly overcame a 27-20 halftime deficit.

Methacton 54, Boyertown 46 – Nicole Timko (10 points, 5 treys, 6 rebounds), Abby Penjuke (15 points, 4 treys, 6 rebounds) and Sydney Hargrove (11 points, 8 rebounds) were the linchpins for the Warriors in their PAC Liberty comeback win.
Down 29-23 at the break, Methacton took the lead at 39-36 in the third before closing things out with a 15-10 edge in the fourth quarter.
