Boyertown sends 9 student/athletes to next level

 
Boyertown senior student/athletes Emily Baro, Declan Coyle, Madison Gallagher, Raeanne King, Morgan Kline, Madison Monka, Samantha Reitnour, Dominick Tomaselli and Laura Wigand announced their college destinations at a recent signing event attended by the athletes, their families and coaches.

Emily Baro – Lacrosse - Misericordia

Reason you chose this school: Misericordia felt like a perfect fit
 
Declan Coyle – Football – Millersville

Athletic achievements/accolades: Second team All-Area (Mercury), honorable mention All-Berks, holds school record for longest field goal (45 yards vs. Upper Perkiomen, Aug. 24, 2018)

Madison Gallagher – Soccer – U.S. Naval Academy

Raeanne King – Soccer – Shenandoah (Va)

Athletic achievements/accolades: Four-year varsity player, 2019 state championship team member
Academic/community: Youth soccer and intramural coach, Preston’s Pantry volunteer

Morgan Kline – Soccer – Penn State Berks

Athletic achievements/accolades: Senior captain of Boyertown’s state championship team; All-Area (Mercury) second team selection

Reason you chose this school: Loved the campus and was impressed by the school’s kinesiology program. Felt connected to the school because she comes from a ‘Penn State family.’
